Job Description
Position Summary:
A HR Officer assists the HR manager in
developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This would entail managing the HR operations,
ensuring compliance with labor laws, and seamless execution of HR programs.
Responsibilities will include recruitment, on-boarding, full cycle payroll and benefits administration, performance management, training, employee relations and policy compliance. In addition, the role would be responsible in Managing the HR Generalist in ensuring coordination of tasks for successful HR Program implementation across the various HR work stream by actively shaping HR practices, the HR Officer ensures the company operates with fairness, accountability, and shapes a values-driven culture.
Scopes and Responsibilities:
• Assist HR Manager in leading, implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Manages end to end payroll processing (from timekeeping to disbursement) and benefits administration
• Works together with HR Manager in managing employee grievances
• Ensures company’s compliance to prescribed DOLE labor standards, practices
5) Assists HR Manager in policy creation/process documentation for various HR functions
• Conducts bench marking studies for Compensation & Benefits to assist HR Mgr in devising comparative analysis
7)Assist HR Manager in deployment of Performance Management Process ensuring compliance to process requirements, finalization of employee rating until rewards administration
• Assist HR Manager in conducting Focused Group Discussions to address people concerns
9) Assist HR Manager in handling employee grievances and concerns
• Develops various HR programs/activities addressing company needs or requirements
11) Ensures compliance to applicable Environment, Health & Safety standards prescribed for the company
• Develops HR reports, analytics when required
