Job Description

Qualifications:

• Must have a BS/AB college degree

• WIth at least 5 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations)

• Experience in a specific HR function/s (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or training) is an advantage

• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures

• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance (e.g., DOLE regulations in the Philippines)

• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Amenable to work in Metro Manila and nearby areas

• Can start immediately

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
